What we take on
Office and commercial installs
Furniture installation for offices, shops, senior-living communities and apartment buildings, working to the building’s rules on sign-in, hours and elevators.
Moving labour
Loading, unloading, carrying and placing furniture for local moves, with or without assembly at the other end.

- Before and after photos on every job, sent straight to you.

The paperwork, fast
- Certificate of insurance naming your company as certificate holder, usually the same business day. General liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate.
- W-9 for Hippo Consulting 999 LLC.
- Vendor information sheet with our details, contacts and payment information.
- Your vendor agreement: send it over and we review it and reply quickly.

Where, when and how
- Where: Nassau and Suffolk, all of New York City, Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Putnam counties, and New Jersey.
- When: 7 days a week, with more than 30 trained Hippos.
- Answering: call or text (516) 755-3322 at any hour. Our automated assistant answers straight away, and a person confirms the price and the date.
- Price: a flat price per job, or an hourly labour rate, agreed before we start. Paid on completion.
- What we don’t do: work that needs a licensed trade, such as electrical, plumbing or gas.
