Booked doesn’t mean no. If the day you need is full, we can usually still cover it as a priority job at a premium rate. Pick it anyway and we’ll quote you.
How a date is held. We quote you first. Once you’re happy with the price, a deposit confirms the booking and holds that day for you. It comes off your bill, and your quote says when it’s refundable. Until that’s paid the date stays open to everyone else — we don’t hold a slot on a maybe, because a day held and then dropped is a day our Hippos didn’t earn.

We clean it, treat the cushions, and shrink wrap the whole set in marine-grade film — the same material used to winterize boats. It comes through the winter dry, and you are not buying it again in the spring.
